This information is for New Students Enrolling in our Group Classes at Hesse Park on Sunday Afternoons.

Introductory Class Students

Please arrive by 2:30 p.m. to fill out Enrollment paper work at the Registration Desk. Class begins promptly at 3:00 P.M. and is over at 3:25 p.m.

Young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR

VIOLIN RENTALS FROM P.V. STRINGS

Please Call ahead to let us know the age of the student so we have the appropriate size violin reserved ahead of time for them.

1. Fill out all the Registration Paperwork in full and turn

in at the desk.

2. Fill out the Violin Rental Agreement in full and turn in at the desk. We will need to verify your Drivers License # and take a Credit Card # for all Violin Rentals. No Exceptions, these numbers will need to be verified by our Administrator at the Desk. You will be going home with a Violin, Bow and Case with the valued amount of $400.00, in which we are only holding a Refundable Deposit in the amount of $100.00. This enables the student to practice at home and bring their violin with the to class each week.

3. $100.00 Cash Only Deposit for the Violin Rental. This is refundable at the time the Violin is returned in perfect

condition. Any damages will be deducted from your deposit.

4. Violin Rental Fee $10.00 to start and $10.00 Rental Fee due each and every month on going thereafter. This Rental

Fee is due the first Sunday of each month, no exceptions.

5. Purchase Violin I.D. Tag on sale $5.00 this is mandatory. All Violins must have name tags on them.

6. Music Book $10.00

7. Registration for the Course $15.00

Total Due Day of Registration $140.00

At the Registration Desk

If you did not call ahead and there is not an appropriate sized violin for you the day of registration, please monitor the class that day and we will have one there for you the following Sunday.

You will also need to bring a three ringed binder with plastic sleeves as we will be giving sheet music from time to time.

Also bring a notebook and pen for notes and instructions during the lesson.

For younger students, we will need a parent sitting with them during the class to assist them. Thank you

Returning a Rental Violin

1. When you are ready to return a Rental Violin simply call one week prior to returning your violin to us at Hesse Park. We will inspect your violin, bow and case to make sure they are in good condition. After this inspection and filling out the appropriate paper work your Cash Deposit will be returned to you. If there are any damages to such (violin, bow or case,) the appropriate deductions will be noted and deducted from your initial deposit.
